Salted Egg Restaurant at the Quincy Hotel: Celebrate the last night of 2024 with an unforgettable culinary adventure through the vibrant flavours of Southeast Asia. Executive Chef Adam Woodfield (ex-Chin Chin) and his talented team will prepare a decadent multi-course menu, highlighting many of our signature dishes.
The Quincy Rooftop New Years Eve Party: Next, head up to the hotel’s rooftop to celebrate the new year. The Q Rooftop Bar hosts an unforgettable New Years Eve party, with a live DJ setting the mood, accompanied by a wide range of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine. Sip your favourite drinks while admiring the views from the rooftop. Start the new year in style on the highest rooftop in the city!

At 10:45 a.m., pilots and companions will enjoy the Phillip Island Excursion,
Vertigo cliffs, penguin colonies and wild nature. Explore Cape Woolamai with this pleasant boat ride around Phillip Island.
Itinerary
At the indicated time we will meet at the San Remo Jetty dock and from there we will set sail on a boat towards Cape Woolamai, one of the most famous areas of Phillip Island. Ready for the ride?
We will pass by the San Remo Bridge and see the granite cliffs that rise 112 meters above sea level. You will be surprised! In addition, we will be lucky enough to have the company of a guide specialized in the island and he will detail the species that we see.
We will look at the caves that are carved into the rock and, if we look closely, we can spot seals, water birds and even dolphins. And did you know that the penguin colony on Phillip Island is one of the few penguin colonies in all of Australia? We will watch them as they parade around freely!
On the way back, we will enjoy a coffee or tea with sweets on board. After an hour’s journey, we will arrive at the departure dock.
What is the boat like?
The Kasey Lee and Brianna Lee cruises are 19-metre high catamarans with three levels of platforms. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They are designed to provide a trip in which the entire crew can observe the panoramic view of the landscape.

TIPS FOR TRAVELING TO AUSTRALIA
- Australia has a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). You can claim back any GST charged on certain items worth at least AUD$300 in total from a shop, no more than thirty days before you leave the country.
- Australia is a safe country with a very low crime rate.
- Drivers are required to have a driving licence from their country of origin and an international driving permit translated into English to drive in Australia.
- Driver insurance does not cover damage caused by accidents caused by stray animals on the roads. Please be very careful and it is recommended not to drive at night.
