What treatments do we carry out on your personal data and for what purposes?

  • Request for information from the user. Manage the request for information sent by the user through the contact form and/or the email address, postal mail and/or telephone number provided through the website.

  • Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to ask us to suspend the processing of your data when: you contest the accuracy of the data, while SSR Experience verifies said accuracy; you have exercised the right to object to the processing of your data, while it is verified whether the legitimate reasons of SSR Experience prevail over yours as an interested party.

You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority, in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, if you consider that the processing of personal data infringes applicable law.

Data security and storage

We will keep the data for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service and as long as the owner does not request its deletion, adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, doing everything possible to protect and keep it safe.

What personal data we share with third parties

No transfer of data is planned except in cases where there is a legal obligation or communication necessary to be able to provide the requested service appropriately. There is no provision for international data transfers.
